His consulting engagements span energy, supply chain, logistics, retail, finance, and technology—delivering results across reporting infrastructure, system transitions, labor optimization, data integration, and enterprise system deployment.

Throughout his career, Charles has held leadership and consulting roles with companies such as Aramco Trading Americas, Motiva Enterprises, AIG, Walmart.com, and Carter’s | OshKosh B’gosh. His expertise includes leading SAP and WMS implementations, architecting multi-site process improvements, and driving measurable gains in speed-to-market, cost efficiency, and strategic alignment.
